Global warming is one of the very serious environmental problems worldwide. Some people may think of this issue as a political or ideological issue, but there is a lot of scientific evidence to suggest that the earth's temperature is indeed on the rise and will have a major impact on our lives.
Many factors cause global warming, but the most significant is greenhouse gas emissions. The gas mainly comes from human activities, such as burning fossil fuels for vehicles and power plants, and from deforestation or massive deforestation .The effects of global warming are very serious and impact many areas of life, such as health, agriculture, and the economy. For example, higher temperatures can lead to the spread of diseases such as malaria and dengue, and increase the risk of forest fires. Lack of water due to climate change can also be related to food production and lead to hunger. There are many solutions that can be taken to address this issue, including the use of renewable energy, companies must take into account environmental impacts when doing business .Not spared, people must pay attention to their way of life in terms of energy use and saving natural resources.
In conclusion, global warming is a significant environmental problem and should be taken seriously by everyone. By taking appropriate action, we can minimize the impact of global warming and improve environmental conditions for our future survival.
EXAMPLE 2
Despite being the country with the most islands and ethnic groups that exist, there are still many areas in Indonesia that are difficult to touch with modern life and education. Like in Papua which is the easternmost island in Indonesia. An island with inadequate educational facilities due to the difficulty of transportation and teaching staff.
This is evidenced by the number of public elementary schools in Papua Province which is only around 1,627 schools. This number is not even half of the elementary schools in DKI Jakarta which reached 2,951 schools. The uneven distribution of education makes Papua Province still lagging far behind big cities in Indonesia.
